@jacque – sorry about that. there is definitely only 1 date: sat, aug 28th. the others were tentative dates when we hadn’t contracted with the theater yet. i have requested that the date be corrected at the global site. thanks and sorry for the confusion!

I’m confused. The official page has a July, August, and Sept date. Are there 3 events, are the dates not confirmed yet, or what? Please help!

The banner at the top of the page says August 29. The blog post announcement says August 28. Can you coordinate the two with the correct date?

The women and children in the 3.5-month program receive intensive counseling, education, and help to heal, regain their dignity and become self-sufficient. Each family has a private apartment where they practice independent living skills and prepare themselves for lives as healthy families. The House also provides a learning center where the women work on their education and job goals, a child care center and an aftercare program that promotes long-term recovery. 91% of the women in the program leave their abusers and go on to make productive lives for themselves and their children, and 83% of all donated funds goes directly to the program. There is a great convention coming up June 25th with Jewel Staite called ‘Cyphan’ http://www.cyphan.com/index.html
I wanted to post more info here so more of us could get together but I don’t how to get
a hold of the site administrator. There’s even a private Browncoat Ball with just Jewel.
